ZÚA was born in 2019, following three previous ventures, many successes, several failures, and immense learning.

For years, we have built diverse teams, served hundreds of clients, and refined our own processes, turning this into a hub for conscious creation and growth.

I’m Mayte Zarazúa,

From a young age, I learned to navigate creative systems: entrepreneurship, startups, corporate environments, brands, and results. I designed brands, led processes, and hit targets. I learned how to build.

However, many decisions were driven more by external expectations, metrics, or trends than by my own judgment. Some projects lacked a solid model; others demanded a pace my body was no longer willing to afford.

I began to question our definition of "success" and what structures can be sustained without burnout. I stopped chasing growth for the sake of inertia. Coherence has become my design criterion: connecting with the root of each project, aligning my strategic practice with my artistic side, and providing growth through systems, clarity, and direction.

I learned that creating is a right, but it also carries responsibility. To sustain what we do, we need structure, a model, and real community.

Authenticity is proven through concrete decisions: how we organize our time, who we collaborate with, what limits we set, and what kind of growth we pursue. When processes are viable, the body stops being in a constant state of alert.

And that changes everything.

Today, I work with people who want to build projects born from real desire that can stand the test of time. I collaborate with powerful teams where we continue to explore new ways of working together. We integrate branding, strategy, and business to provide direction and systems.

Creation requires vision.

Sustainability requires structure.
